“I know Colyton well, so wanted to stay somewhere that I felt home in. I was greeted by the lovely owner of the property who was fantastically friendly and also made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and the shower was one of the best I've ever used. The breakfast was perfectly portioned and set me up for the day. I see this as my 2nd home.”

“Visited once again. The standard of accommodation, food, service has dropped at all if anything has got better. The weather for the time of year was very good with sunshine and warmth. A little rain was missed due to having plenty to do indoors.”

“Lovely little hotel/b&b. Frances thought of everything her guests might need. Great location - opposite a pub that serves good food, tram to Seaton. In between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. Perfect.
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful 2 nights over august bank holiday. Well recommended. ”
